I have been trying to cancel this subscription all night...the PRINTER DOESNT WORK< HASNT WORKED IN MONTHS< YET HP STILL DRAFTS MY ACCOUNT. I really don't feel i should have pay that to get rid of a service i clearly no longer wish to use...I have NEVER had such difficulty canceling a service with whom I have chosen to do business with for nearly 30 years! Will someone please help me get out from under this? I have been patient, loyal, and fair..
