I went online and cancelled my Instant Ink subscription last week. I then purchased non-instant ink and replaced the ink in my printer. I am being told there is an issue with the account. I logged in and it says 'Cancellation in progress'. I just want to use my printer with no affiliation with Instant Ink! Please help!
