I have been given a family member's printer - the Officejet 3830 - which was signed up for Instant Ink. I have a printer that is currently enrolled with instant ink as well but it is broken so I was hoping to switch to the one I've just been given. When I tried to enroll it on my account I was told I couldn't cause it was already enrolled so I asked my family member to cancel its enrolment which they did. The printer itself has confirmed its not enrolled by telling me I can't print anymore, however when I now try to enroll it on my account, it still says it is already enrolled and therefore can't be enrolled to my account. What do I do?
