My instant ink levels indicate that I don’t need new cartridges so I haven’t been notified that I need a new delivery of my instant ink ! However, my magenta and light magenta levels are none. There are no reds or pinks I can print with my printer. I can’t receive just these cartridges ? My whole set of ink has to be out for me to receive a new shipment of instant ink ? Is that beneficial or even worth having an instant ink subscription?

Welcome to the HP Support Community and thanks for being an HP Instant Ink customer!
The answer to your question is yes, the program will ship just the cartridges you need. You do not need to be out of ink in your whole set to receive replacements.
We ship you a whole set of ink cartridges when you first join the program, but after that your ink replacements will be sent when you need them, and just the ones that you need.
I would be happy to help you get a replacement cartridge, but first I will need some information to check on your account. Please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details (e.g. your email address) so that I can look into your ink shipment status. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little envelope, please click on it to send a private message.

Hello JamieW1. I have the same problem on my HP Envy Photo Printer 7134: No ink in Color patron and no new patrons on stock !
I am member of Automatic Ink delivery for DKK 29,-/month and will first receive new patrons in month of July 2020 !
IT IS TOO LONG TIME WITHOUT PRINTING IN COLOR !
Therefore: I order 2 Sets of patrons ( each set Color + black) for my above mentioned printer, In total amouted to 2 x10,- =
DKK 20,- according to my HP Ink Delivery membership !
