Hi @Wasim123,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand you need help removing your old printer from HP Smart App. You need to inform the previous owner to remove it from his account and only then you will be able to add the printer to your account.

Please follow the below steps to remove the printer from your HP Account.

  • Open HP Smart and then click the Printer icon in the left bar.
  • Click on select a Different Printer, then click the Remove link on the right
  • Press the X mark of the unwanted printer tile to remove it and click on done.

If you are unable to delete the printer, then uninstall the HP Smart app and reinstall it and try the same steps.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
