Hello, I m involved in the instant ink program. I was supposed receive 3 months of free ink. I have been waiting for June shipment and it never came because my printer had been shut off when the electric went out because of storm. I tried to talk with the virtual team and that was a joke. Now they say my free plan is over and I pay in July. I want to talk with a person about it and I am getting nowhere. Anyone know the number to contact them by a person please?
