I'm having issues accessing my account. When I try to sign in, I keep getting returned to the Sign Up page. I've already got an account and signed up for Instant Ink, but I can't see any details on it and this month's charge was ALOT higher than normal. I usually get charger either 3.99 or 7.99 a month, but this month was 32.99 for some reason?
I've tried to call but it doesn't even ring and just gets cut off. The virtual agent is not helpful either.
Any help is appriciated.
