I need to reset my Hp envy pro printer to factory setting. The massage keep showing that my printer is enrolled to instant ink with another account. i have tried for several days to delete the print but to no avail. i have done all i could including talking to an agent but solution to this issue. Can someone please tell me how to set my printer to delete any enrollment and register it as new printer.

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Envy Pro printer to factory setting. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We have to perform an NVRAM Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password. 

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, Follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
