Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

I am unable to change my billing information on the website. I have followed all of the steps and tried Chrome and Explorer. I enter my new credit card info, and it repeatedly asks me to re-enter the Credit Card info. I have tried before my account went inactive and now it is inactive and still unable to update.
