We have HP Smart Tank 615. Recently I can not print. The massage says it is cancelled.

Please, try the procedures below:

 

To fix the "fail cancelled printing" message on an HP Smart Tank 615, perform a hard reset by unplugging the printer for 60 seconds, check for paper/carriage jams (Error E3/E4), and ensure the HP Smart app shows it is online. If the error persists, check the printhead alignment or replace the encoder disk if it is dirty
