Esse problema está relacionado ao acesso à minha conta HP Instant Ink. Recebi uma mensagem mostrando que esqueci de atualizar os dados do meu cartão. Sempre que fico online e entro na minha conta, recebo uma mensagem de erro informando que houve um problema e que devo tentar novamente mais tarde. Eu tenho 'tentado novamente mais tarde' por cerca de 5 dias. Alguma ideia ?

Thank you for your ideas but unfortunately all my attempts to log in to my account fail. I see the following error message.
"Something unexpected happened. We're sorry, but something went wrong. Sign out of this account now and try signing in again later" I have tried again over several days without success.
Should I try to open a new account?
Any ideas,

No, you need not create a new account. It seems like an issue with the Instant Ink server.
