I have correctly typed my debit card information numerous times and clicked "NEXT". HP said "loading", then "Please update your information." (That's what I was doing). Then the CC information screen returned, blank, with no error message.
Can't get past this, cant update payment info.
What alternative do I have other than to allow my account to expire?
