I am an Instant Ink subscriber. I have been sent two Black ink cartridges. I need a color ink cartridge. How do I return and replace one of the ink cartridges? I am VERY frustrated that I am unable to resolve this through a message to Instant Ink customer service or the Virtual Assistant. I have spent way too many hours trying to figure out something online that I use to be able to do by going to a store.
