Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-in-One Printer

I have ran out of my color ink and my black ink was still fairily full and they sent me the black ink instead of the color ink.  what can I do?

We would need some information related to your instant ink account in order to send you the black cartridge. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
