Incompatible cartridges coming up when I replaced old cartridge with the exact same 63 XL  Cartridge

@Day007, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Insert the old ink cartridge and check if the error persists. By this, we can conclude if the new ink cartridge is defective.

Which of the ink cartridge has the error?

Insert one ink cartridge and check for the error.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge
