Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer shows Incompatible cartridge error message. I have tried all options suggested by virtual assistant and it didn't help. As a last option, i want to order instant ink cartridges but I am not able to do it. It is very frustrating that I could neither print nor replace the cartridge. I am stuck with this problem. Need help

I have this problem with LD cartridges, so the error message is correct.  But with the latest firmware update, HP also has been twisting users' arms to use only OEM inkcartridges by no longer displaying ink levels.  All you see is empty ink levels.  Instead, you will need to monitor by number of pages printed.
