I have had an incorrect print history with my Hp Instant Ink subscription this month on 2 occasions. I ignored the first one but then today also the same has happened and has drained me of my quota of free prints.
I have to turn to this forum as HP support centre is asking me for a charge to proceed and all i have is a automated chatbot which does not solve my problem at all.
In this instance have printed 22 pages on 02 Mar 2023 and 25 pages on 13 Mar 2023 when i log into my HP Instant ink account under >> Print History have :-
- 44 pages on 02 Mar 2023 where actual no of pages printed - 22 nos
-51 pages on 13 Mar 2023 where actual no of pages printed - 25 nos this is a wrong or incorrect entry
Please can you reverse this to the correct number for this month?
