How can I dispute page counts? We have been closely monitoring the pages printed and it does not match what my account says. For example, HP account says 112 pages printed on 10 October, when in fact only 22 were only printed.
This is a huge discrepancy and has happened on many days - even pages printed on days / dates we are closed.
Who can I talk to, to resolve this?
Virtual Assistant takes me round in circles.
I feel we are being over charged and scammed on this service

The contract does not allow "scam" activity on either side - so that is not the reason.
From what I know, there can be discrepancies when the page count is not yet verified on the service monitoring side.
You should talk to Instant Ink Support.
