HP Envy

When I purchased my printer,i store the free plan was advertised available to me,the store manager said I was included in this plan,on the leaflet that was in the box it was an option,yet when I registered the free plan WAS NOT an option,to enable registration I had to sign up to the £1.99p per month,as I only use minimal printing the free plan is more than sufficient.

This is a mis-selling information and I now can not change the plan to the one I was mislead into buying...

HP !!! this needs resolving and I need your assistance.
