"Ink cartridge problem". I've done all the things suggested to no avail. It's the black cartridge. No ink has been sent for a long time although it says there is ink. How can I get a new one please?

Hello - I have a similar problem. I installed a new black cartridge in my HP Printer (Envy 500) this morning. It printed about 10 pages. However, there is now a message saying that the cartridge is not installed properly. I have worked my way through the troubleshooters and tried all the suggestions but nothing has worked. I think the cartridge may be faulty and would like to request a replacement. Any help would be gratefully received as I need the printer to be functioning for work asap.
