Magenta and Black been empty for weeks yet I'm billed anyway: Nov 16, 2021

HP Instant Ink Service 100 Page Plan

22 Additional page sets of 10 pages

(+ applicable tax) Billed $28.61.

As soon as I realized this, I've sent messages for 3 days to Instant Ink virtual agent letting them know I need ink and clicked "cant wait- need it sooner than 7-10 days" option when it asked. So, where's my ink? I go back to check shipping history and it's not been addressed even though Virtual Agent confirms my shipping address.  Why isn't the empty ink communicating with my printer? Levels show 1/4 full, but these 2 (Magenta and Black) are bone dry and prints like **bleep**!

Welcome to the HP suport community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
