Ink cartridge faulty - absolutely no help from the Instant Ink website, my account or HP. Instant Ink keeps telling me I've installed a shop-bought cartridge. I have not ever done this. This is because their system assumes this when THEIR cartridge that THEY supplied is faulty. So now I have a printer that only works if I turn it off and on again, and then only for one sheet. Otherwise it tells me to i) update my payment (but I AM up to date), or ii) install an instant ink cartridge from the Instant Ink Idiots. BUT THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE ONE.
Further, there is literally no way to contact ANYONE, OR make a complaint about their service that I'm paying for. Totally unacceptable.
How do I get a replacement cartridge to replace the faulty one THEY have provided whilst trying to blame me?????????
Extremely unhappy.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant. When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes). The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.

Thank you for your help. Firstly, the Virtual Assistant is awful. I've tried that 3 times and every time it just tells me I've installed an incorrect cartridge and I'm not up t date with payment!! Neither of which is true. So it never gets to the scheduling shipment part!
The link to contact HP to get a new cartridge doesn't work either because it believes my cartridges don't need replacing.
Last option is to try to phone someone - last time I did that it defaulted to the US site and totally confused us both!
This is what I mean by there is no simple solution. But there is no phone number on the site anywhere. I've looked at least 3 times. But, hang on...your screen shot is prior to login, so I'll try that! ...Nope, didn't work, but at last I discovered that if I search online for HP Inst Ink it gives me that generic home page...with a phone number.
They DO NOT make it easy, but again, thanks. I'll phone tomorrow - wonder if I'll actually get any help with that...

Beware of searches for Instant Ink phone numbers, there are scammers out there that may post fake numbers to trick the unsuspecting. If you are in the UK the phone number for HP Support can be found near the top of the document here: HP Instant Ink | HP® Official Site (hpconnected.com)
