Product: HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer

Hi,

 

I have a HP Deskjet 2710 printer and I have received a 67/305 black and colour cartridges which are too big for my printer and the door does not shut and therefore I am I am unable to use them. Why does it say that this ink cartridge is compatible when it is now? The cartidge has been Installed correctly but is far too big.
