Ink cartridge issue

Receiving i error “ remove and check ink cartridge”

 

have tried

cleaning ink cartridge 

replaced iink cartridge

reset printer

and nothing worked

I am having the same issue and I can not set a solution.  I can't believe that they don't have a number to call.

Will the printer only work with the ink account?  I have never needed one on the past

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

No, it is not necessary to have the account.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

I can't find how to teach out to anyone.  How do I find a phone number to talk to them
