HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer

I can't print legible pages. Color comes out with some light blue and yellow. Black and white pages are completely blank

Cartridges are empty but HP Smart says I'm good on ink in both black and white, and color.

Last time I received cartridges was in November, 2020.
