I have no idea how to actually speak to a real person at HP my new black instant ink cartridge refuses to be recognised and throws up and error so I can't use it. But the as instant ink plan shows it being in error or can't order a new ink until the issue is resolved, I even tried buying a simple HP branded black ink but then that doesn't get recognised either so now I'm STUCK. My printer is 5 years old and works fine otherwise its just the ink issue and yes I've cleaned out the areas to check for any dust /dirt

This is really frustrating. I was sent a tricolor that does not work. I thought another one was on the way, but I have not received it yet. Help. What is my status? Is one on the way? If not, please send one. I have an extra for black but not for tricolor.

First of all Thanks for asking this question because I faced similar kind of issue last time, I am still searching for some proper solution Same issue still no fix to this.
I currently own a HP Photosmart C1350 and i am out of ink and i do not want to keep spending 15 dollars on black ink since thats all i need. I am looking at ink refill kits and does it matter which ones i get?
