I want to change my plan but I can’t do that.
I sign in in the web site, I’m in but there is no place where I can change my plan.
Can you help me?

When I first signed up on April 1st, I had my account information showing. SInce then, the printer has told me I've been canceled and, days later, my account disappeared. When I sign in to Instant Ink, the only option I have is to "Sign Up" for Instant Ink. Is that where you are?
