Ink instant plan

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to change my plan but I can’t do that.

I sign in in the web site, I’m in but there is no place where I can change my plan.

Can you help me?

I spoke with the support this morning and they fixed everything immediately.

Unfortunately I have a problem at point 2)

I signin but in can see My Account section.

It recognize me as user but it doesn’t show me any my account section.

I don’t know the reason ...

When I first signed up on April 1st, I had my account information showing. SInce then, the printer has told me I've been canceled and, days later, my account disappeared. When I sign in to Instant Ink, the only option I have is to "Sign Up" for Instant Ink. Is that where you are?

It’s exactly where I’m.

I want to change my plan but I can’t.

i don’t want to pay more money because the site doesn’t work.
