My ink was shipped to an old address. I have just updated my account to the current address but don't know how to get a new shipment as I'm sure the old address will not forward it. Thanks

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.

Hi bob- thanks very much for you reply. Unfortunately i cannot see a phone number and ive gone through several pathways to try to find something! on the virtual agent i eventually get to something that says i have to buy a phone number if i want to talk to someone - completely shocked!!!! they seem to make it completely impossible to talk to anyone. (i am in the uk - if you know of a phone number in the UK do share please!!) thanks a lot for your help anyway.
