Ordered ink. Ink was faulty. Called customer service who ordered replacement ink. That was 5 weeks ago. Still waiting for the ink to ship. Why would anyone purchase instant ink when it doesn’t ship? I finally bought ink from office max. Poor customer service from HP. The rep kept asking for my credit card so they could set me up special package. Why would anyone do that?
