I signed up for the ink shipping program. And I’m supposed to get free ink if I print less than 15 pages a month. I’m well under that. My printer and this app says that I have plenty of ink but I do not. I was able to order replacement colors and black ink on June 12. I want to know how I can find out if it has shipped yet or not. The virtual agent tells me that I did order it on June 12 but I have no tracking number and I have no idea if it is shipped yet or not. This is ridiculous that I cannot get a hold of anyone

I usually get an email telling me that my ink has been shipped and they give a tracking number. Try checking your junk folder because that’s where my HP email went.
