Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

My printer is low on black ink. I know this because when I print, no black ink prints on the page and also, on the printer itself, it shows the black ink is low. But on my HP account is says the black ink level is fine. I've searched all over the website and can't find one number or email to get in touch with customer service. How am I supposed to be able to use my printer if I can't let someone know that my black ink is actually out?
