I have a printing plan including instant ink supply. I have an error on the color cartridge of the printer. I have completed, several times, all of the suggested fixes offered to correct the problem, nothing has worked. This has left with one other solution, replace the color cartridge, which I cannot because I haven’t been supplied with a replacement, and one will not be sent because of the error on the cartridge. Can you offer a source to order a new cartridge? I normally use the German Instant Ink website for checking the status etc on Instant Ink, but there I couldn't find a solution for the issue. I had exactly the same error last year, it seems like the color cartridge needs to be changed every year I suppose? Last year after my post in here I received a new color cartridge and the error was gone.
