Instant Ink Cartridge fault

I find myself having to raise this post again as, having first done that a week ago, and getting  a ‘private message’ from an agent, I’ve not heard anything from them for four days! And the problem was not resolved! 


I am subscribed to the Instant Ink scheme.  The black cartridge in my printer has developed a fault (documents do not print properly, although the colour is fine). I have followed all of the available guidance - to clean headers, realign, etc etc etc - but nothing has worked 

 

Like other users on this forum, the Virtual Agent just sends me round and round in the same circles. Very frustrating!

I've tried endlessly to get to 'speak' to an actual (human) agent online, but without success. I expect, under the instant ink scheme I may be entitled to a replacement cartridge?  But how on earth do I place that request, as there does not seem to be any means of contacting anyone to do that.

I have a "Cartridge error" message as well. Tried suggestions from the Virtual Agent as well, but nothing helps. I'm also wondering where I'm supposed to send a request for a new ink cartridge..?

Ironically I’ve just today received my monthly invoice!  You’ve got to be joking Instant Ink -  I cannot print anything!!

 

All I want is a replacement cartridge!!!

 

Does anyone know how to contact someone to get this done?😖
