Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Just tried to initiate my free 7 month trial of instant ink. Have received the cartridges and put them in the printer but no matter what i do, the error message of cartridges can not communicate with printer appears. I have cleaned the contacts, reset the printer and still nothing. I even installed the the starter ink cartridges which i have no error message with but the black has dried out.

I understand you are receiving cartridges cannot communicate with the printer error.
