I have had my instant ink subscription for a couple of months now. My printer has been out of color - I purchased a black from a store because the shipment was taking so long - but now im out of color and low on black and white and I have yet to receive any ink since March. After logging into my account, I can see that they have sent the ink but I haven't received it.
I tried calling but I've been on hold for to long.
Who do I contact and what do I do?
I have a monthly subscription and soon won't be able to print as I will run out of ink.
I am amazed that the link for help doesn't work on the instant ink website and if I can't sort it out, I'll have to end my subscription.Can anyone help with this?
