Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought an used HP Deskjet 2700 and it has instant Ink cartridges in it. They are getting low and when I attempt to enroll as I would love to utilize the program, it informs me it is already enrolled. The person I bought it from has since passed away and his daughter is unable to access his account. How do I fix this issue?
