HP DeskJet 2723e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Jill, I bought a HP Deskjet 2723e All-in-one Printer back in December. The same day I bought the printer, I also set up my Instant Ink account. I did recieve 9 months free Instant Ink. However, I have only been billed for 8 months, so they are not giving me my last month free. & although I had the 9 months free,  am I still eligible for the 2 months free as well? That would totally be awesome, but if not, I understand. The whole instant ink thing honestly makes NO sense to me. If you sign up for the 300 pages a month plan, you'd think you would be able to print regardless, even into the next month as long as you havent went above your 300 pages. I dont know, its confusing to me. Right now, of course, I'm unable to print at all due to not paying next months bill yet. Just how crazy is that? & it says on my account to pay the bill NO later than November 11th to avoid cancelation, yet it has already canceled my account so NO printing whatsoever. I honestly hate the way Instant Ink is set up.
