Instant Ink Puerto Rico

The main reason I bought my HP Envy 5055 printer was to enroll in your instant ink program. To my surprise Puerto Rico was not included in the list of supported countries. I started looking for answers in the forums and maybe a possible solution. What I found were numerous post going back to 2015 asking that Puerto Rico be included in the instant ink program, various users mentioned how Puerto Rico uses the same shipping services as continental USA (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL) and that we pay the same rate. The answers given to us from HP were simple and consistent throughout the span of the 4 years customers have been asking for the program to be included: "I understand that you would like to see Instant Ink come to Puerto Rico. Like you mentioned, while it is not currently available, please keep checking the Instant Ink page periodically for updates."
This answer was given by an HP employee more than 4 years ago, and we have been doing what he suggested, checking periodically to see if Puerto Rico is included, but as of today Friday, August 30, 2019, HP Instant Ink isn't available in Puerto Rico. So we ask again to please include the HP instant ink program in Puerto Rico.
