Do Instant Ink rollover pages have an expiration date (are removed if not used over a specific period of time)?

@DrBIW

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you need information about the instant ink rollover pages, I am glad to assist you.

If you do not use all your plan pages in a month, the unused pages will be kept in your account as rollover pages. You can continue to roll over up to three times the number of pages in your monthly plan (for example, you can roll over up to 150 pages if you are enrolled in a 50 page plan).

Thank you Sandytechy20, but you did not answer my question...

My question was whether or not rollover pages ever expire... that is: Is there a date or time period before which you must use rollover pages?  Or are they available for an unlimited period of time as long as I maintain an account?

Also, since I am hardly using my printer, I have already rolled over the maximum number of pages for my account level.  Now I am wondering if I  should downgrade my account, will the rollover pages I accrued when I was at a higher level stay or disappear after I downgrade?  I could not find a clear and certain answer to that question anywhere.

Thanks for your further response.
