Hello,

I have a HP Instant Ink subscription in the UK and I have moved to Italy. I still have 1 cartridge that I received in the UK and the printer is working (although sometimes it has connectivity issues). Is there a way I can transfer my subscription from the UK to Italy? Or do I have to cancel the existing subscription and create a new one on the Italian HP Instant Ink website?

You cannot transfer the account from one country to another, you will have to cancel the subscription and then re-enroll on the Italian Instant Ink website.

 

To contact HP Support, go to HP Instant Ink Support, click the link to change your location if necessary, and then select a support contact option (options differ by country/region).
