I am already an instant ink subscriber however my printer failed and I replaced it with a new one. How can I be sure my old account switches and that I don't end up with two accounts or two types of ink? Thank you

While this post is four years old it still seems current, I checked with the HP Virtual Assistant this morning and got similar results:
