Product: HP Office Jet 8022
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My color cartridges are working perfectly. The black ink isn't printing at all and I've done all the diagnostic suggestions more than once, to no avail (clean printhead, align printhead, print a quality report, etc.) Text won't print at all.

I understand you are unable to print in black.

 

Were you able to try the steps in the document -https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06260268?
