Instant Ink cartridge error

Hello, I have an error on my black instant Ink cartridge. I have tried the suggested cleaning of cartridge and printer electrical contacts which did nothing. Also tried updating printer firmware but printer stated it was on the latest software. I have used the virtual assistant to try and contact the UK customer support to try and get a new cartridge sent out but when selecting the UK support centre, the virtual assistant keeps telling me it's closed so I cannot contact support on this.

Received the replacement cartridge today and this has solved my problem. Thanks for your help.
