My Black Instant Ink cartridge has failed and I can't find a way to talk to or email HP Support to explain and ask for a replacement. I've been through all the troubleshooting guides and the issue cannot be resolved. Looking at the HP Utility and Web status of my printer, it shows the message that the Instant Ink cartridge has failed. Clicking on the message pops up another box saying Instant Ink will not send a new cartridge until the issue is resolved. Catch 22...... I need a new cartridge to resolve the issue!!!! I've wasted a lot of time trawing through all the convoluted HP web support pages, Virtual Assistant etc and end up going round and round in circles without progress. The only option I could find was to pay for a 1 time support call (which isn't cheap) to talk to someone because my warranty has just expired. But there's no problems with my printer, the problem is with the cartridge!!!!! Any help or advice would be appreciated.
