The indicated (black) cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer. I have been on the hp website for a couple of hours and have yet to find a way to talk to a person about this instant ink replacement cartridge. I have hard reset the printer twice, I have removed and cleaned the cartridge with distilled water on a damp lint-free cloth. The printer was working fine and gave a replace low cartridge message. I replaced the cartridge as I have done many times and have received nothing but the error message above. I replaced the low cartridge and it printed until the cartridge went completely empty. Could someone tell me how to get this cartridge replaced?

Same problem here! Working fine then this 'communication problem' appeared out of nowhere. Unwrapped and inserted brand new black cartridge; same error message. Spoke with rep who had me do the same reset and cleaning moves saying that it can print temporarily as single-cartridge printer using tri-color. Nope, same error message loops even when black cartridge has been removed. Cannot print nor copy. Rep shipping new cartridges as part of protocol, not my request. I am not expecting any difference because I have two bad cartridges that were nearly new and new out of the package.  Instant Ink rep said we must first go through another replacement before I can speak with tech support to determine if it's a hardware problem: approx. 4 yo HP Envy 7155.  I'm under deadline and NOT happy!
