Thank you I see the problem. HP's mobile app only provides an option for a virtual agent. After logging into the desktop version I was able to get a case number and phone number without an issue. HP's mobile and desktop versions need to be aligned, as it's obviously creating lots of issues for customers. Even a friendly re-direct from the app to the desktop version would solve this problem.

I have the same problem as I've seen posted here - an instant ink customer and getting cartridge problem messages telling me to remove and reinstall the black cartridge making sure it is correctly installed. The first time I did this it worked, but now it does not and not able to print. If this is a defective cartridge how can I get a new one sent to me?

I have already had a new Tri-colour ink cartridge, but it did not solve the problem. I can print, but my printer still shows, that it is NOT an Instant Ink cartridge, which is installed.

I think, I have to call the supplier.......
