I just ran out of black ink.  On my Instant Ink account it says I have black ink left.  I can order an emergency cartridge through the "Chat" feature but that does not help me now.  And please don't tell me to unplug my HP Envy Pro 6458 and let it reconnect to the internet.  Done it many times and still not reading those cartridges correctly.  My account shows firmware up to date, connection is fine

Sorry.  I've canceled my instant ink account.  It's just not worth paying that much every month and yet not have the ink monitored correctly and not sent in a timely manner.  I ended up having to go to Target to buy ink.  And even while I could not print anything my instant ink account showed I still had ink in the cartridge.  Does not work for me.
