HP Instant Ink states that cartridge was shipped November 19 and I still have not received it (2 full weeks), No tracking number shows on my account and Virtual Agent no help at all. Where's my ink? It looks like I'm going to have to buy my own cartridge to finish the Christmas projects that I've got started.

I finally received my ink cartridges today. Thank you for helping resolve this issue. I was ready to buy ink today to finish projects I've got started. I've been paying for this service since 2017 and am disappointed that it was not automatically shipped when ink levels were low and I see from the community that I'm not the only one with this problem. Good service should be a hallmark of HP as well as customer satisfaction.

Call their service number. I called several times before someone finally connected with me in a live chat and hopefully will help resolve my issue. I was assigned a case number, which I feel is a good move. I'm still waiting on cartridges before my issue is resolved, but hopefully ink will be here in a couple of days.
