My ink cartridges stopped working. I did not have replacements on hand, even though that seems to be the whole point of the Instant Ink program. After quite some time online, I was able to get replacement cartridges on order. I was told it would be 5-10 business days (kind of the opposite of "instant"). The black cartridge arrived two days before the color, which came on a Saturday. Upon installation, I immediately got an error message for the color cartridge - something to the effect the cartridge could not communicate with the printer. The only customer support I could find was the automated customer "service" robot, who was no help at all. I have to wait until Monday to speak to a person. So my print job is still waiting - and will be for some time to come. My experience combined with the reports of other users leads me to the conclusion the Instant Ink program is worthless.
